About the Recipes:
Most recipes can be altered easily to fit your individual taste - a little more of this, a little less of that. However, baked goods are rather persnickety and don't like to be fiddled around with too much. Butter or margarine may be used in all the recipes except baked goods; use what is listed for these. Use unsalted butter, or use salted butter but omit the salt from the recipe. Recipes use large eggs.

Many of the recipes have been adapted, edited or even blended with 2-3 other recipes to suit my own taste. Not too spicy hot, yet still flavorful. I haven't tried all the recipes yet, but as I do I update the recipes as needed.
